Catch Me if You Can: Update

Oh my!

It's been a whirlwind of a few weeks and I always find coming back to my blog really difficult after I've been away for a short while because I never know where to start!!!

I've been on numerous Halloween nights out, popped to a blogger event, got my blog it's own Facebook page and even done some filming for something coming out in the new year. Received lots of nice things to show you on the blog and done WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much shopping so a haul post will be with you very soon!

Halloween has been so much fun this year as I got to go on two nights out which meant two lots of fancy dress (and you all know how much I love getting dressed up!).

First up was a fantastic night hosted by Costa Bingo spent in The Victoria Theatre Bar in Birmingham playing Halloween Musical Bingo! Who'd have thought?? Musical bingo! My mind was blown but I had an amazing time I met some awesome fellow Midlands bloggers,  got made to do a 'twerk off' and even won a pumpkin (typical I get the boobie prize!).

My Awesome Team!

A few nights later I got in my dressing up box again and went out in my best 'dead dolly' ensemble for a spooky night in Wolverhampton with some of my besties...

On Monday I went down to London to do some filming with the lovely Lucie of Fat Beauty. I can't reveal much but I got to put my view points across on how difficult it is to shop for plus size on the high street. It will be aired in the new year and some of it may be a bit diet driven but overall  I felt I was asked positive questions which were in favour of the access being made better for plus size clothing in stores. I didn't get chance to take a snap of my outfit, however I did manage to wear a serious big guns bit of statement necklace, on it's way to Daisy & Eve at Evans very soon keep your eyes peeled for it as it's a must have, Daisy & Eve is really pulling it out the bag this season I'm in love with so much of their stuff!

I also got to pop to the Bloggers Love Hub on Monday evening too as I had some time to kill before I headed home. I'd never met the Bloggers Love peeps but it was so nice to go along and meet them and some other lovely ladies and be introduced to new brands. Highlight was having my nails did by the lovely girls over at Toop and Daley...

GlowBeads

I also got chance to do some shopping yesterday in Manchester's Arndale centre and had a good dressing up session in the Simply Be store changing rooms, so much stuff that I wanted so much my bank account wouldn't allow me to have *sigh*. I bought one item but I won't show you that now as I'm going to do an outfit post with it soon, but here are a few snaps of the other items I tried and really loved which unfortunately didn't make it home with me...

Black & White Check Print Dress / Lace Sleeve Swing Dress / Animal Print Swing Dress

And my absolute fave item which I really need to save for...

Look Grid Design Check Coat
(I'm wearing the size 26, it's oversized and has some stretch so give it a try!!)

...and last but not least, I'd love you to pop along and give my blog Facebook page a 'like'. I'm tending to post a lot of stuff on there from around the plus size world. New ranges, articles, out takes of outfits that don't make it to the blog anything really so come and have a nosy, click > HERE < to visit it!
