Diamonds 'n' Pearls: Autumn Blues: Plus Size Outfit

Not so long back I got chatting to the beauties over at Scarlett & Jo after a little whinge on Twitter that their range, which is stocked in Evans only went up to a UK size 26. Scarlett & Jo is super girly and feminine which made it right up my street, but as it didn't cater for my size 30 bottom I was quite sad that I couldn't purchase from them. After a few emails exchanged with Lucy who works for the brand she let me into a little secret that they were due to start expanding their size range and promised to keep me informed of when it happened. Well, I was thrilled!

A couple of months down the line and I received an email from Lucy letting me know that their new Autumn Winter items were being released in the extended sizing and she kindly offered to send me a piece.

I was sent the 'Dipped Hem Dress' in a size 30. A gorgeous midnight blue, heavy jersey number which was perfect for me. I know a lot of you will probably think 'well it's just another jersey dress' but really it isn't. Great quality jersey fabric and a lovely cut which hugs all the curves in the right places (makes my boobs look crackin'!) it's well worth investing in one. I was reluctant to wear it with just a pair of flats and a cardigan so as soon as the weather snapped cold I threw it together with biker boots, leggings and biker jacket...

I also wanted to show you this lip colour I've been wearing loads recently. I'm an absolute beauty enthusiast but I just don't talk about it as much as I should really. I don't know why because I'm always buying new products, promise to show them off more!

It's the Collection Cream Puff Lip Cream in 'Cotton Candy'. I shy away from wearing in your face lip colours for daytime, I feel a bit too overdone in them, so this little beauty is perfect for me for everyday wear. It dries with a matte finish and lasts hours! A lovely natural pink shade just to lift your daytime makeup a little. I'm really into this!
